The Problem

In pan india their are More than 40 locations of ACC and Ambuja. Holcim has more than 13,000 employees in India. It is essential for a good work environment for employees being in good health, which was a difficult task for Holcim to manage. There are multiple Ambuja and Acc locations in India, each with its own OHC. They did not have a standard process in place to keep track of their employees' health. Keeping track of their health system was a difficult and time-consuming task. It was difficult and cumbersome for them to obtain an organisational health report. For them, manually managing all data was extremely difficult.

We have implemented Occucare web portal to track health data and history of employees. Occuccare is a web-based Centralized Software that protects and customises the employees' health data. This web-based portal will primarily benefit both doctors,employees and management. Doctors can keep track of OPD and examinations online, they can also save their reports in the software . With the help of Occucare, employees are not bothered about manually created sheets. This system can be beneficial to employees because they can request appointments online for specific types of appointments. This Software provides relaxation to both Employee and OHC Doctor to keep communication with each other.
