The Problem
In pan India their are More than 40 locations of ACC and Ambuja. Holcim has more than 13,000 employees in India. It is essential for a good work environment for employees being in good health, which was a difficult task for Holcim to manage. There are multiple Ambuja and Acc locations in India, each with its own OHC. They did not have a standard process in place to keep track of their employees' health. Keeping track of their health system was a difficult and time-consuming task. It was difficult and cumbersome for them to obtain an organisational health report. For them, manually managing all data was extremely difficult.

We have implemented Occucare web portal to track health data and history of employees. Occuccare is a web-based Centralized Software that protects and customises the employees' health data. This web-based portal will primarily benefit both doctors, employees and management. Doctors can keep track of OPD and examinations online, they can also save their reports in the software . With the help of Occucare, employees are not bothered about manually created sheets. This system can be beneficial to employees because they can request appointments online for specific types of appointments. This Software provides relaxation to both Employee and OHC Doctor to keep communication with each other.
MSDS
Material Safety Data sheets maintenance for covering a wide range of workplace health and safety topics, from hazards to diseases to ergonomics to workplace promotion.
Consultation
A module to manage day to day illness and injuries, prescribing medicines, tests and if required referring to hospitals. module is directly linked to Stock module and Pharmacy modules.
Bio Medical waste
Data related to bio medical waste disposal are managed efficiently; it keeps separate record for each disposal bag (i.e. Yellow bag, Red bag and Puncture proof container) with bio medical vendor detail and cost for bio medical waste disposal.
Health Check ups
The total number of employee examinations planned, the total number of employees examined, and the total number of employees absolute pending are all displayed on the Examination dashboard.
MIS
Provides a complete image of the company, its functions, and the results of the age-based health study. We can acquire an overall examination dashboard as well as a disease-by-disease data count.
Employee connect
A simple way for health, fitness, and well being communication with employees.
Outcome
Holcim now has a standard process for their OHC as a result of using this software. They can now keep track of where they are at all times. They can get data reports for multiple locations in less than a minute. They can now have reports for all locations, departments, and companies if they so wished. Holcim's central reporting system has been greatly simplified by the use of this web-based portal. Employee health tracking is no longer a burden for the Holcim organisation.
